3. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins
bd344 offers a range of promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

Wagering Requirements

4. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bd344 Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Fraud and Cheating
Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly forbidden. Any manipulation of game data, RNG outcomes, or platform mechanics — whether technical or collusive — will result in permanent account closure.
Prohibited Territories
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of bd344 complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction. bd344 does not make any representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Access from territories where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law is undertaken at the player's own risk.
Collusion and Match Fixing

5. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
All content on the bd344 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of bd344 or its licensed partners. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used as the basis of derivative works without the prior written consent of bd344. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd344 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose. bd344 reserves the right to revoke access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd344, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of the Platform to function as expected. bd344 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In all cases, bd344's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd344's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Amendments and Governing Law
bd344 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Where a change materially affects your rights, bd344 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and fair dealing. bd344 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
